Chain length
Necklace length is a matter of personal preference. The most popular chain lengths are 16" and 18".

If you'd like to request a different length than the one listed for a specific product, I can most likely swap for a different length. Let me know what product and chain length you'd like by filling out this Contact form.
Ring size
If you’re unsure of your ring size, I recommend getting sized at a local jewelry store before placing your order. If you’re local to Salt Lake City, you’re welcome to visit me at one of the events I’m participating in or contact me to meet up in person — I’m happy to size you and help you determine the right fit.
If you’re interested in a ring on my website but need a different size, I’m not currently offering resizing. However, I may be able to create the design in your size — please reach out through my Contact page to inquire.
Jewelry care
Exposure to air causes sterling silver to tarnish over time. I have found the best way to prevent tarnish is storing jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or a jewelry box with anti-tarnish strips.

Shipping
Please allow 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be shipped out after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Return policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
